- Business registration & verification: store name / unified social credit code, legal representative name, registered capital, registered/store address, business license image, contact name, phone number, province/city/district, and salesperson association;
- Language preference: your selected interface language (Chinese, English, or Burmese).
3.2 Transaction & Business Information
- Shipping addresses: recipient name, phone number, detailed address, and default address setting;
- Cart & orders: product details, specifications, quantity, amount, order number, order time, and order status;
- Browsing & search: category browsing and keyword search history (to show relevant products).
3.3 Content You Upload
- Business license images uploaded during registration or business verification;
- Avatar images selected from your photo library or taken with the camera in your account settings.
3.4 Device & Log Information
To keep the service secure and stable, we may automatically collect:
- Device model, operating system version, and App version;

On iOS, when you use the photo library, the system may show: "We need access to your photo library so you can select photos from your device as your profile picture or upload materials for our review." Please allow or deny based on your needs.
6. Local Storage & Cookies
To improve your experience, the App stores a small amount of data locally on your device, including:
- Login token: to maintain your signed-in session;
- User profile cache: basic data such as display name and avatar;
- Consent status: whether you have accepted the User Agreement and this Privacy Policy;
- Language setting: your selected interface language (Chinese / English / Burmese).
This data is stored on your device. When you sign out, we clear the login token; you may also remove all local data by uninstalling the App. Our servers may use cookie-like technologies for session management, as implemented in our systems.

- Legal obligations: when required by laws, litigation, arbitration, or competent authorities;

- Logistics & fulfillment: sharing recipient name, phone, and address with logistics partners solely to complete delivery;

8.1 Location & Retention
Your personal information is stored on servers located in the People's Republic of China (or where our operator actually deploys servers). We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law. After the retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

We implement industry-standard safeguards, including:
- Encrypted transmission (e.g. HTTPS);

- Deletion: delete shipping addresses; to close your account, contact official customer support;
- Withdraw consent: disable notifications or deny camera/photo access; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out based on your prior consent;
- Sign out: sign out from "My" to clear the local login token.

10. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for merchants with full legal capacity. If you are under 18, please read this Policy with a parent or guardian and use the App only with their consent.
If we learn that we have collected a minor's personal information without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly. Guardians with questions about a minor's information may contact us.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notice, pop-up, or other appropriate means. The updated Policy takes effect on the "Effective Date" shown at the top.
